Together we create graphics, buy ads, build websites, design packaging, do primary research, develop strategy and manage PR--all in-house. We produce photo-shoots, write books and copy, publish e-books, create branded environments and – on occasion – develop new product lines for our clients.
We’re a small team and each one of us works on every single project we have. She draws a sketch, I mock it up in Photoshop, he turns it into a webpage, she gets it written up in the NY Times. We measure it against a client’s stated goals, and we make sure it adds up. And then we drink our homemade vodka and figure out what to do the next day.
From Creatives to Media Experts to Operatives – there is no real line between us. No one ever says, That’s not my job. We’ve won nearly every award our industry bestows. But most of all, we’re smart. We’re fun. Were nice. And we take our clients’ work to heart. It’s who we are.
